Angela’s Odyssey

Image
Sorry this post is getting out late, this past week was insane. Anyways, I hope you’re all staying healthy and sane with this virus and quarantine thing going on. Scary stuff, but that’s why we have video games; to distract us from this world! Anyway, let’s begin with the review! Today I will be reviewing a short point & click game, available for free on STEAM. Said game is titled Angela’s Odyssey. This game is so stinking adorable! I’m not entirely sure of what the storyline is supposed to be, but that’s pretty much the only downside to this beautiful and brightly colored game. Plot-wise, what I do know, is that you follow a girl, who turns into a fox. That's it. That's all I know. In all reality, just knowing this about the story doesn't bother me, due to the fact that the rest of the game is really good! When I first saw this game, I was thinking it would be a controller/WASD controlled game, not a point and click. However, I think this works for the game,

When the Darkness Comes

WARNING: If you suffer from depression, anxiety, or suicidal thoughts, please DO NOT play this game. Also take caution if you suffer from epilepsy as there are several areas containing flashing lights.                  Well, now that the warning is out of the way, let’s talk games! By the way, I personally ignored this warning, but I did have an excuse. Gotta review games somehow! This “game” is more of an experience/walking sim, rather than a normal game, which I love. From my perspective, you are almost inside the dev’s brain. It starts off as a calm, but kinda odd, place to be, but eventually you see his true emotions come out.                 This game is complicated to explain, just because of the depth of the mind in the game, and the fact that I believe each person can interpret it differently. Before I get too deep into the psychological part of this game, let me talk about the game-play and graphics.

Dadish

Image
I completely found this game by chance, and I'm so glad I did! It's short, it's sweet, and it reminds me of the original Mario games (style wise that is).      Dadish is a short adventure game, available for free on mobile devices. You play as a radish father, who falls asleep while watching his children. The children get distracted by a balloon and follow it, becoming separated from each other. When you awake, you realize your children are missing and must go on an extreme adventure to find them!      There are 10 levels for you to complete, each growing in difficulty. The levels are fairly short, and if you like the collection aspect in games, there is a star you can find in each level. The game controls are simple, having only to move left and right, as well as jump.      The graphics are adorable, making extremely cute characters. The game is full of bright colors, and even though it's simple and there's not m

🎮 IFYOO PC STEAM Gaming Controller Review 🎮

Image
Looking for a gaming controller? Don't want to spend a lot? Want one that works well for beginners? Then the IFYOO PC STEAM Gaming Controller is perfect for you!             I had been wanting a controller for a LONG time, but I didn't want to spend a ton of money on one. I was worried though, that if I didn't pay a higher price, I'd get a cheaply made, crummy controller that barely worked. That's when I found this beauty.       When I stumbled across this controller on Amazon, I just had to look into it since it was within my price range. After spending close to an hour reading the reviews (granted there was a snack break in there) I decided to give this one a chance. A nice perk was that, if it didn't work, I could return it.       I was so excited when it was delivered (whoo-hoo one day shipping!!) and I couldn't wait to test it out. Luck was not on my side though, as I spent the day it arrived, as well as the following two days, spilling
