     Ever wonder what it was like to be on an acid trip? Ever wanted the sensation without having to do drugs? Well I present to you, Wurroom! (Just a PSA, I have never done drugs, I is a good girl xD)

     Wurroom is a short, free, single player, point-and-click game available on STEAM. What originally caught my eye in this game was the art style. I'm a huge sucker for surrealism, and bright colors, and this game absolutely hit the mark! Each and every graphic and animation was handmade using Plasticine, which is basically a soft molding material. The complexity of several characters in the game shows incredible sculpting skill, as well as stop motion skills, with each action performed. The devs had to have had lots of patience and persistence to create such a unique work of art.

     Wurroom was hatched from the unique minds of Michael Rifdshir and Serge Bulat. These creators have such an artistic ability, and an interesting thought process. In their words, Wurroom is:

     " "An immersive experience into a surreal utopia, disguised as a short exploration adventure game. The hero is a mouse cursor; an ordinary Hand, becoming aware of its power over the strange Imaginarium.

Wurroom is not just a game, it's an artistic collision between the minds of Michael Rifdshir and Serge Bulat; a metaphysical island created for the coexistence of ideas about art, nature, science, and Mind; all to question reality, and make a boundaryless new one. It is designed to reveal things about ourselves and measure our imagination.

Everything you see in Wurroom is handmade; the claymated universe brought to live by stop-frame animation.
The music is the gluing force and the true master of this extraordinary world. Once you close your eyes, the world becomes you.

     This game is one that is not easily explained, rather it causes the player to study it and discover the lessons behind it for themselves. 

     Wurroom took between 5-10 minutes, and again, is FREE. I highly recommend this game for those who like thought provoking adventures, interesting concepts, and amazing art. If you do play this game, let me know what you think! I'd love to see what your mind comes up with! Happy gaming!

A Game Like No Other...

       Available for free on PS4, PS5, Epic Games, and STEAM, The Light in the Darkness is a dark and educational game developed by Luc Bernard. Bernard has a mission to remind people of the events of the Holocaust, so that the victims and history are not forgotten. Bernard's grandmother was actually a caretaker who looked after children who came off the Kindertransport in the UK.      The Kindertransport is German for "Children Transport". The UK took nearly 10,000 children, most who were Jewish, from Germany, Austria, Czechoslovakia, Poland, and the Free City of Danzing. These children were taken from Nazi controlled territories during the 9 months before the start of WW2.     So in my last post, I talked about horrible crimes associated with video games. Well, I've decided to explore the other dark side of that; unexpected deaths. This post will mostly be focusing on untimely deaths of beloved gamers, due to video games. I will only be covering a small handful of these cases, but you can easily find other cases online.
